How do I change my mailing address?

To change your address in our files, just fill out the change-of-address form provided.

We will change your address immediately in our records, but you should allow three to four weeks for delivery to the new address. We may have already mailed (or prepared to mail) an issue to your old address.

I have subscribed. When will I see my first copy?

You should allow two to four weeks for delivery depending on the frequency of the publication. If you are experiencing an unusual delay, please contact us at (301) 916-1800 or (800) 523-4271.

How can I pay for my new or renewal subscription?

We accept payment by check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

I never received a particular issue, or my issue was damaged. What do I do?

There are several reasons you may not have received an issue.

The Post Office. For some reason, the Postal Service is not delivering copies of your publication. Please call or E-mail us and verify that your correct address is on file. Occasionally, too, an issue can be damaged or lost in the mail. We will replace it free of charge. Please go to our lost issue department to request a replacement copy

Your Mailroom. Your mailroom may not be delivering your issue. They may require a more detailed mailing address. Contact your mailroom to be sure they have the correct delivery information.

We haven't received your renewal instructions. If we do not receive your renewal instructions before the address labels for the last issue on your subscription are generated, you'll miss the next issue. That means we need your renewal instructions at least six weeks prior to your subscription's expiration date.

We haven't received your payment. If we don't receive your payment, we will suspend your service after the promised issues have been sent. If you have sent your payment, please contact us to verify receipt.

Can I get additional copies of back issues?

Back issues are available while supplies last. There is a flat charge of $20 plus $2.95 shipping and handling per back issue requested. This fee applies to all newsletters. Please proceed to our back issue department to order additional copies.
